Taheri Saifee, President and VP Sales
Taheri Saifee is a founder member of Appcaliber, Inc. He has 16 years of IT experience, software development, business applications development, sales and implementation, setting up offshore ventures, etc. He worked for Oracle Corporation, at Redwood Shores, California, working in the Applications development division for about 9 years. He managed Fincncials and CRM products – Oracle Project Accounting, Oracle Contracts and Service. He worked with Oracle Middle East to lead the CRM business and winning the first mega win in the region - Bahrain Telecom. He has helped the major world corporations like AT&T, CH2M Hill, NCR, GE, Canon, amongst others in implementing Oracle E-Business suite. He established the offshore development and support center in Bangalore for Oracle CRM. Prior to joining Oracle, he worked for Emirates Airlines, Dubai, and managed their Financials and Ticket Accounting Systems., and set the MIS architecture.
Under his leadership AppCaliber has successfully completed projects for companies like Canon and AICPA. Taheri is leading the effort on BPO Services and establishing offshore services in India.
He is a BE in Electronics Engg., and MTech in Computer Sc.

Zarina Saifee, CEO and VP Training
Zarina Saifee leads the training division of AppCaliber – BizApps Academy. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from Pune University in Biology. She is a certified Medical Coder and Biller. She completed her training in Medical Billing and Coding in the US. She is a Customer Support specialist, having worked for Xora, Inc. USA, to manage their Customer Support division. She also helped establish the company’s Customer Support division in Bangalore. She established a training programme for the agents, thus setting up quality agents in the India offshore center. The center’s strength has grown from 10 to 200 in a short span. Her training acumen, experience in the BPO industry – Medical as well as Customer Support and her management skills would lead BizApps Academy to the forefront in professional training.

Abbas Ali, CFO and VP HRD
Abbas Ali holds M.Com. from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, and PG Diploma in HRD. He is a renowned educationist, with expertise in Financial Accounting and Management, and Taxation. His administrative skills coupled with renowned academics are recognized by leading institutes. He has a lot of awards to his credits. He brings a blend of education and management to lead BizApps Academy and AppCaliber to the new frontiers.
